Chris is pretty surprised to be called on by the NCIS Director and the Navy to investigate several dead pilots on board an aircraft carrier. He's even more surprised to find the woman he'd loved and lost when her brother had been killed in an accident. It's clear JAG officer Sia Soto hasn't forgiven or forgotten the accident. What Chris doesn't know is that she hasn't forgotten how much she was in love with him.
